Submitting Ad Information

1) Fill out the Advertising Request Form in full.

2) Create your banner.

3) Email the Advertising Request Form and the banner image to:
adinfo@whf-texas.org.

4) Within a few days, WHF will contact you with a confirmation of agreement and a payment request. Payment must be made within 7 business days.

5) When payment is received, your ad will go into rotation for a minimum of 28 days.

We accept payment via PayPal (preferred) or cashier's check/money order. Details on sending payment will be included with your approval/payment request message, as well as other details, options and possible discounts.

Once you're finished with your request (including the banner you want to use), compress it and email it to:
adinfo@whf-texas.org.

WHF will make every effort to make sure your advertisement is placed and linked correctly. If for some reason this is not the case please contact the WHF Webmaster and include a reference to your ad.
